Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the FoamCut website and your purchase of products and services from FoamCut. By accessing this website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please review these terms carefully before using the website or placing an order.

1. Website Use

You may use the FoamCut website for lawful purposes, including browsing products, requesting information, obtaining quotes, and placing orders.

You agree not to use the website in a way that could damage, disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the website, its systems, or other users.

You may not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

2. Product Information

FoamCut makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, applications, and other product information.

Foam products may have natural or manufacturing-related variations in color, texture, appearance, dimensions, density, firmness, and other characteristics.

Product photographs and digital images are provided for general reference. Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, display settings, material batches, and manufacturing conditions.

FoamCut reserves the right to correct errors, update specifications, or modify product information at any time.

3. Foam Selection and Product Use

Customers are responsible for selecting products that are appropriate for their intended use.

Information provided by FoamCut regarding common applications, density, firmness, ILD, support, durability, or other characteristics is intended to assist with product selection but does not guarantee suitability for every application.

For projects where material performance, safety, regulatory requirements, fire resistance, medical use, structural performance, or other specialized requirements are critical, customers are responsible for confirming that the selected product meets the requirements of their specific application.

4. Custom-Cut and Made-to-Order Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all measurements, dimensions, shapes, foam selections, quantities, and other specifications submitted for custom-cut or made-to-order products.

FoamCut will produce custom products based on the information provided or approved by the customer.

Once production begins, custom-cut and made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation, modification, return, or refund except in cases involving a confirmed FoamCut error, manufacturing defect, or other approved exception.

Please review all specifications carefully before submitting a custom order.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

FoamCut reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product configuration errors, calculation errors, or other inaccuracies before an order is accepted or fulfilled.

For custom, oversized, high-volume, commercial, freight, or specially configured orders, additional charges may apply.

Quotes may be subject to expiration dates, material availability, freight costs, production requirements, or other terms stated in the quote.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

FoamCut reserves the right to review, refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

  • Pricing or product-information errors
  • Product availability
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Shipping limitations
  • Production or fabrication limitations
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Other circumstances that prevent reasonable fulfillment

If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been collected, FoamCut will provide an appropriate refund, credit, or other resolution.

7. Payment

Customers agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information when placing an order.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, freight charges, handling charges, and other fees may be added to the order as required.

FoamCut may delay production or shipment until required payment has been successfully authorized or received.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, processing times, delivery estimates, freight requirements, and related terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

All processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

FoamCut is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, transportation disruptions, incorrect customer addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information.

9. Shipping Damage

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.

Claims involving shipping damage should be reported in accordance with the timeframes and documentation requirements described in our Shipping Policy.

FoamCut may require photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, pallet, or other evidence needed to review or process a carrier claim.

10. Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Repairs

Returns, refunds, credits, replacements, repairs, and related requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns require prior authorization, and products may be subject to inspection before a refund, credit, replacement, or other resolution is approved.

Custom-cut and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable except in cases involving a confirmed FoamCut error, manufacturing defect, or approved exception.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

11. Order Cancellations and Changes

Requests to cancel or modify an order should be submitted as soon as possible.

Orders may be changed or cancelled when production or fulfillment has not yet begun.

Once an order has entered production, been custom cut, processed, packed, or scheduled for shipment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible or may be subject to additional charges.

12. Samples

Foam samples are provided to help customers compare material characteristics such as feel, firmness, texture, and general appearance.

Samples are representative of the product type but may not reflect every natural or production-related variation present in full-size material.

13. Availability

Product availability may change without notice.

FoamCut may discontinue products, formulations, sizes, thicknesses, options, or services at any time.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, FoamCut may contact the customer to discuss alternatives, delays, substitutions where approved, or cancellation.
