Shipping & Orders

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over $250 within the U.S. mainland.

How long does shipping take?
Processing and shipping times depend on the product, quantity, and whether the foam is standard or custom cut. Please review our Shipping Policy for current processing and shipping information.

Can I order foam samples first?
Foam samples are currently coming soon. You can explore our Foam Types and Foam Guide to compare materials while sample ordering is being prepared.

Foam & Product Selection

What is ILD?
ILD measures how soft or firm a foam feels. A lower ILD generally feels softer, while a higher ILD feels firmer.

What is foam density?
Density measures how much material is packed into the foam. Density and firmness are different measurements, so a higher-density foam is not automatically firmer.

How do I know which foam I need?
Use our Foam Guide to compare foam types, firmness, density, and common applications. Foam samples are planned but are not currently available to order.

What types of foam do you offer?
FoamCut carries options for furniture, bedding, automotive, marine and outdoor, packaging, medical, hospitality, RV and camping, and other specialty applications.

Custom Foam

Can you cut foam to custom dimensions?
We are preparing custom-cut foam ordering for standard cushions and specialty shapes. Online ordering for custom-cut foam is not yet available.

What measurements will I need?
The required measurements depend on the shape. Standard cushions use basic thickness, depth, and width or front measurements, while shapes such as T-cushions, L-cushions, wedges, and trapezoids require additional dimensions.

Can I order unusual or custom shapes?
Yes. Contact us for custom patterns and shapes that do not fit one of the standard templates.

What is your return or cancellation policy?
Our online ordering policies are still being finalized. Contact us before placing a custom order if you have questions about cancellations, returns, or order changes.
